Originally, this was named snowflake, but it was brought to my attention that snowflakes do not have 8 points. In the back of my mind I knew this, so now we will call it Diamonds & Starburst. (Click on any photo to enlarge)

Another 9000 steps, and a few mistakes. We'll see if it's still here tomorrow?

Three attempts, 25000 steps (12 miles), about 9 hours of snowshoeing, a few mistakes, and finally it stopped snowing and drifting. I was able to finish today!
